Chicken thigh meat is regularly used on the continent and beyond as the go to for most dishes. The thighs are considered tastier than other parts of the chicken for a few reasons! First, they have more fat than chicken breasts, which helps keep the meat juicy and tender. The fat also adds rich flavour. Thighs are also a bit more forgiving when cooking, so they’re less likely to dry out if you overcook them. Plus, they tend to have more connective tissue, which, when cooked properly, breaks down into a rich, savoury flavour. The combination of tenderness and flavour is what makes them so tasty!

Either cooked bone in or boneless you are sure to have a tasty alernative to breast fillets.
