Wild Venison fillet provided by Richard at Cold Hanworth Game. Venison fillet taken from the inside of the loin, extra lean, juicy and tender. Neatly and carefully trimmed before being hand threaded onto birchwood skewers and coated in our spicy and fruity chakalaka sauce (which is gluten free). These skewers are delicious on any BBQ, on top of rice, with salad, your dinner - your choice!
