We are proud of our signature dry-cure bacon and it takes time to perfect. 
The world wet and got itself in a big hurry but quality takes time.

Cured with a traditional dry rub and air dried before being sliced. Our signature bacon has had incredible reviews and is proving to be a firm favourite.

Our drycure packs contain 6 thick rashers for your enjoyment.
You can find our signature dry cure bacon on our quality full English breakfast or with eggs benedict in our cafe lounge next door.
